Stephanie Clovis, M.S., LPC
Stephanie provides a SAFE, non-judgmental, and collaborative space to explore life’s challenges. She is passionate about facilitating the healing process in an encouraging and warm atmosphere. Stephanie offers specialties including anxiety, depression, trauma, career challenges, abuse, grief, cutting and self-harm, suicidal ideation, parenting, play therapy, and adolescents. She offers
compassionate support tailored to your unique needs.

With a background in music from Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University, she brings a holistic approach to healing. As a certified battering intervention and prevention program specialist through the Family Place, and with specialized training in Trust Based Relational Intervention, she is dedicated to helping individuals and families
navigate difficult times with grace and empathy.

During her clinical experience, she interned at the SMU Center for Family Counseling and has worked in private practice since 2015 where she counseled a wide variety of clients. During this time, she facilitated multiple groups including young adults on the autism spectrum and groups for teens struggling with performance anxiety. She volunteered at a residential treatment facility for adolescent foster children providing group and individual mentorship.
Outside of the office, Stephanie has a passion for being outdoors in the beauty of God’s creation. She enjoys fly fishing and hiking with her husband in New Mexico and singing in her church.
